Information form registration for promotional event on the portection of personal data undert art.13 regualation (EU) 2016/679.

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Orizon S.r.l., headquartered at Via Cefalonia No. 55, 25124 Brescia (BS), VAT No. 04484750981, PEC orizon@pecditta.com, as the Data Controller, informs users about the methods of processing personal data derived from the completion of the registration form for the promotional event organized by Orizon S.r.l. on September 22, 2023, in Rimini and on October 13, 2023, in Modena.

The data processed are:
– Personal data (name, surname, company, VAT number, business name);
– Contact data (telephone number, email);
– Event the user will participate in.
The data collected are only those strictly necessary for the requested fulfillment, with the Controller respecting the principle of minimization as established by Art. 5 of the European Regulation.

The personal data entered in the registration form, sent by the user’s choice, will be used for the user’s registration to the promotional event of Orizon S.r.l.

The legal basis of the processing is found in Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f), GDPR: the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that the interests or the rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data do not prevail. The balance of rights is available on request of the interested party.

Data processing is carried out through computer procedures or, in any case, telematic means and paper supports by persons, internal or external, specifically appointed and authorized and committed to confidentiality. The data are processed and stored with suitable tools to guarantee their security, integrity, and confidentiality by adopting adequate security measures, as provided by current legislation.

The data will be stored for 12 months from the transmission of the registration request.

The collected data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without the explicit consent of the interested party, except for possible communications to third parties authorized committed to confidentiality or appointed data processors under Art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The complete and updated list of data processors can be obtained, upon request, through the methods indicated in this information. The data may be communicated to competent authorities, according to the terms of the law.
No transfer of data outside the European Union is foreseen.

At any time, the interested parties have the right to access their personal data, to request their rectification, update, and related cancellation.
Subjects to whom personal data refer have the right at any time to request access to data and their rectification, the cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing, the right to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability; they also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (below is the link of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data: https://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/footer/contatti).
